Corrupted Government - Malaysia?

Proton's Scandal

There's a story about Proton sold MV Agusta for RM4, where they bought MV Agusta with RM500 juta (million) a few years back. But the story doesn't end here...

If we bought MV Agusta for RM500 million and sold it for RM4, according to the math that my teacher taught in kindergarten, we will have lost RM499,999,996.

Now, MV Agusta was sold to another company, and this company resold part of MV Agusta to Husqvarna, a Swedish company which was bought by MV Agusta last time to manufacture off-road motorbikes.

And here is the interesting part: Husqvarna was just recently sold to BMW, with the price of RM400 million!

Question: Who was the middleman who got a big cut of the profit???

Bribery

"Tetapi kita dapati sekarang ini ada galakan oleh Kerajaan dan parti Kerajaan supaya rasuah diamalkan. Apabila dinafi bahawa rasuah berlaku kita tidak dapat bukti bahawa penafian itu tidak berasas. Tetapi apabila dianya berlaku kepada diri sendiri dan pihak tertentu berkata bahawa dianya tidak berlaku maka diri sendiri tentulah tahu rasuah sudah berlaku. "

So, the government doesn't really care when it comes to bribery (rasuah)?

What's your thoughts?

Sex Trafficking in Penang reported by MSNBC - But do we Malaysians know the truth behind it?

"Lannie was a girl preyed on by human traffickers. But she had one thing going for her: two men who would stop at nothing to get her back."

Read the full news at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20185681/

Seems that this incident happened in Penang, and quoting from the above news:

"Although there's no evidence money changed hands, Lannie's frustrated rescuers start to suspect the worst: that the police are in Kang's pocket."

As a Malaysian, we all know that corruption is still happening in many of the official departments. I may not have the necessary proof to proof my statement, but there will be no poing for me to source for the proof as in the end the authorities would be covering up their own mess just like how they are treating Namewee now (the video that he posted although might be a surprise for foreigners, but it contains facts about Malaysia and the people).

With all these corruptions and covering up facts by the authorities, is this place still safe for us to life in?

Also take a look at the comments here and here (you might need to login) left by some you-know-who people about the video made by Namewee.

The original video can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NczMNH0dbEQ

Would USA just sanction Malaysia ASAP? I'll just emigrate with my loved ones out from this place soon.
